Since the day I was elected I have been in constant communication with our manager as a liaison to the members of council.

I would like to include you in that line of communication.

From this point forward, and in an effort to honor this commitment, I will be writing articles here often, reporting on the work of the city, just as I have with city council.  We call this emailed communication to council the Mayor’s Daily Briefing (MDB).  Now you too will have the same information that we have, narrowing the gap of information, and working towards a more open government.

I hope that you’ll follow this website, join in on the conversation, and help us make your government work harder for you!
